Also, recommendations for treatment will be explained with outcomes expected. Your treatment goals should be understood.

At this time you learn how to feel better, improve and keep the condition from getting worse in the future, as well as learn about posture control.

This is question and answer time. The first upper cervical treatment is given on this day.

Your treatment plan will be set up at this time and will continue so that your condition can stabilize. It is of utmost importance that you follow the treatment plan given for optimum results.

Once the new alignment for you is stabilized, the goal is to keep your problems from returning with occasional preventative check ups.
