So many people have Workers' Compensation injuries that do not seem to resolve
So many Workers' Compensation injuries have delayed recovery for a number of reasons. Learn about our unique methods to achieve quick and lasting results you desire. The examination of your Workers' Compensation Claim starts with identifying the mechanism of injury (how the injury occurred) and what symptoms this injury caused. We want to know if these are new or old symptoms and if you want to file a claim based on the merits of the injury. Tell us if you have an attorney or if you desire one. Our office will have you fill out a form(s) to establish the specifics of the claim so that we could communicate with the Bureau of Workers' Compensation (BWC), the MCO (Managed Care Company)representative assigned to your claim, and potentially your attorney. We can fill out all of the necessary forms to get the claim established or reactivated if that is possible. The claim is supposed to cover your fees incurred at our office but nothing is 100% sure and you as the injured worker and patient are ultimately responsible for fees. Our goal is to get you feeling better as soon as possible, controlling posture and pain, get you back to work and put you in a place with stretching and strengthen exercises so that flareups are minimal to none. I have 35 years experience treating work-related and personal injury claims.
